Overview

Patient Care Platform is a healthcare web application designed to help clinics manage daily patient care activities more efficiently. The platform supports patient profile management, appointment scheduling, care notes, medical record summaries, and internal clinic workflows.

To improve staff productivity, AVEO also added AI-assisted features that help summarize patient history, highlight key care notes, and support faster access to relevant patient information. The goal was not to replace medical decision-making, but to reduce manual work for clinic staff and help them access patient information more quickly.

The Challenge

The client was managing patient information, appointments, and follow-up notes across different tools and manual processes. This made it harder for staff to keep information updated, track appointment status, and quickly review patient history during daily operations.

Our Solution

AVEO developed a secure web-based patient care platform with patient profile management, appointment scheduling, care note management, role-based access, and an admin dashboard. AI-assisted features were added to help staff summarize patient history, extract key information from care notes, and search patient records faster — keeping final decisions under the clinic team's control. The backend used .NET Core and SQL Server, frontend with React, deployed on Azure.
